Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time, from your website's dashboard. Moving up from one paid plan to a dearer one starts at once, and you pay only the difference for the days left in what you have already paid for; moving up from the free plan starts a new paid year that day. A cheaper plan starts when what you have paid for runs out. Each website has its own plan and is paid for separately.
Why extend a free website every year?
So that every address belongs to a business that is still open, and the directory lists only businesses that are active. It is one press in your dashboard, at no cost, from 30 days before your year ends; we email you when it is time.
What happens if I do not renew?
We email you before your time ends. A paid plan that is not renewed moves to the Starter plan the next day, for 30 days; anything over its limits is kept, just not shown, so choosing a paid plan again brings it all back. A website that is not renewed or extended is suspended: visitors see a notice, and you have 30 days to renew it before it is deleted and its address is released.
How do I pay?
On HitPay's secure page, by FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, card or e-wallet, for 1, 2 or 3 years at a time. Nothing is charged automatically, and every payment gets a receipt by email.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: ask within 14 days of paying and we refund that payment in full. Our Refund Policy has the details.
